Want to write for The Tor Stone???

So--you want to write for our e-zine?  Well, you won't get paid and you won't get fame...but it is still a rewarding job!  There are two ways to be a writer for this journal--as a feature writer or a contributor.   So...what's the difference?

A staff writer
is a part of the Tor Stone Staff, just like its editors, proofreaders, etc.  That is, they have made a commitment to working for this magazine by agreeing to write an article for every issue of The Tor Stone.  Since we are a quarterly e-zine, that is four issues per year.   (This does not include poetry or artwork).  You can look at a list of columns we wish to see covered in our journal and pick from there, or come up with your own idea.

Contributors send in work at the time of their choosing.  Either they do not want or don't have the time to write for every article, or they wish to submit poetry, artwork, or photography.   Contributors are free to choose what type and topic of submissions to send in, though there are numerous suggestions of articles on the "wish list" page.  To view the list, click here

*NOTE*  Both staff writers and contributor's receive free issues of The Tor Stone in which their article is featured.
